Well ok! Lets do it like this:

if you are on a lot and post a lot you will get promoted to Jr. Vampire. But if you are Jr. Vampire you will not get to moderate/edit/delete posts. You will just have to be on your best behavior a bit.

If you have been on your best behavior and ARE a Jr. Vampire you will get promoted to Vampire. You WILL get to moderate/edit/delete posts.

If we REALLY need you and we REALLY Trust you you most likely become a Administrator.
